Ils se connaissent et vivent ensemble depuis plus de vingt ans :

Stéphane, dans les années quatre-vingt, prend la relève de son père traiteur et sera la quatrième génération de Davoli  à s’occuper de la célèbre enseigne du même nom située rue Cler dans le 7^e arrondissement de Paris. Pendant plus de trente ans, accompagné de son frère il s’occupera avec passion de cet établissement de qualité devenu une institution culinaire et gourmande de la cuisine italienne à Paris. En juin 2021, tous deux décident de vendre l’affaire familiale pour changer de cap.

Michel, après avoir travaillé pendant de nombreuses années dans la production de spectacles vivants, l’envie d’autre chose et la découverte de nouveaux horizons s’imposent. Sa rencontre avec Stéphane est déterminante. Il travaillera plus de dix ans avec enthousiasme aux côtés de Stéphane, au sein de l’entreprise Davoli jusqu’en 2021, avant de prendre ensemble la route de la Provence pour réaliser leur désir de s’y installer.

C’est dans le Luberon qu’ils décident de s’établir pour débuter un nouveau récit de leur existence. Le goût des belles demeures donnera à Stéphane l’envie de devenir agent immobilier dans le Luberon. Parallèlement, Michel développe ce qu’il a toujours eu envie de faire : Le magnétisme (oui, il est magnétiseur). Il écrit son premier livre « Je t’aime et je te pardonne » publié à titre d’auteur en juin 2022. Maintenant, il prend des cours de pâtisserie
